Certificate Request Guideline
Dear digital certificate applicants, according to Public Key Infrastructure rules and regulations, you must go to one of our Registration Authorities(RA) to request your digital certificate.
Please consider below points before going to RA:
- In order to receive the digital certificate and the USB Token, it is mandatory that the person who is to be certified or his lawyer refer to RA individually. Those applicants who wish to receive certificate services at their organization can use the certificate services locally by coordinating with the relevant experts at one of the RA offices and paying for "on-site service".
- Please be sure that all documents are complete before contacting RA experts before visiting the RA offices. All required documents and forms are listed on each RA office page.
- RA offices are available to serve applicants everyday from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 15:00, except on Thursdays and holidays.
- It should be noted that the RA offices of the Iran Capital Market Governmental CA do not differ, and the certification request process can be done arbitrarily (based on the location of the RA office) in each of the offices.
Important note: All procedures for issuing and renewal should be made by an RA office. For example, it is not possible to deposit paid receipts in the name of an office, but go to another office for receipt of token and certificate.
